These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Du Sol Wines website (“Site”) and your purchase of wines and related products from Du Sol Wines (Pty) Ltd (“Du Sol”, “we”, “us”). By using this Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You must be 18 years or older to purchase wine in South Africa. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that the recipient of the delivery is also 18 or older. A valid government-issued ID will be required on delivery.
All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by Du Sol. Prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and include 15% VAT unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but the price you pay is the price displayed at the time of order.
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Du Sol is not liable for delays caused by courier disruption, weather, or events outside our control. Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery. Title passes once payment has been received in full.
If a wine arrives damaged or is faulty, you may return it within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund. See our Returns Policy for full details. Wines that are simply not to your taste are not returnable.
Payment is processed by PayFast and Peach Payments. We do not store your card details. EFT orders ship only once funds have reflected in our account.
Du Sol supports the responsible enjoyment of our wines. We will not knowingly sell or deliver wine to any person under the age of 18, or to any person who is visibly intoxicated.
Du Sol Wines (Pty) Ltd holds a liquor licence issued by the Western Cape Liquor Authority — Licence No. WCP/12345/2024. A copy of our liquor licence and trade liquor display permit is available on request.
All content on this Site — including text, images, the Du Sol logo, label artwork and product photography — is the intellectual property of Du Sol Wines (Pty) Ltd and may not be reproduced without prior written permission.
To the extent permitted by law, Du Sol's liability arising out of or in connection with the use of this Site or the purchase of any product shall not exceed the value of the order in question.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
